If you use MapQuest, Yahoo, or GPS, be sure to search for Hollywood Avenue East: My office is on the east side of the Bronx River Pkwy, and those sources often locate it incorrectly at the Hollywood Avenue on the west side.

From the Bronx River Parkway

Exit at #4, Scarsdale Road, going East

Go about .4 mile

just after crossing over railroad tracks,

turn left onto Columbus Avenue

Go about 4/10 mile to Parkview Place,

Go one short block, turn left onto Dante

Go past one stop sign

Then turn right onto Monroe (not marked)

Quick right onto Bella Vista

Go about 1 block,

Turn Left onto Verdi

Quick left onto Hollywood

#16 is on the right.

Park on the right side of the street in front of the house.

Office is on right side of house (separate entrance)

follow the stepping stones under the white arbor,

have a seat in the waiting room.

From the South via Hutchinson Parkway

Take the Hutchinson Parkway to exit 17, North Avenue

Turn Left at the end of the ramp onto North Avenue

Veer left at fork onto Mill Road

Go West on Mill Road for about 8 blocks

Slight jog to the left at Rt. 22 (White Plains Road)

Onto Fisher Avenue.

Take Fisher Avenue about 7 blocks to a “T” (train station)

Turn left onto Columbus

Go one short block

Turn left onto Dante going uphill.

Immediate left at fork (still Dante)

Take first right (after a short half block)

onto Monroe (not well-marked)

Quick right onto Bella Vista at stop sign.

Left onto Verdi (after one block)

Left onto Hollywood (after one short block)

#16 is on the right.

Park on the right side of the street in front of the house.

Office is on right side of house (separate entrance)

Follow stepping stones under arbor to office door.

Have a seat in the waiting room.

From the North via Hutchinson Parkway

Take Exit 18, Mill Road

At end of ramp turn right and go West on Mill road (c. 8 blocks)

Slight jog to the left at Rt. 22 (White Plains Road)

Onto Fisher Road.

Take Fisher road to a “T” at the train station (c. 7 blocks)

Turn left onto Columbus

Quick left onto Dante

Immediate left at fork (still Dante)

Quick right onto Monroe (not well marked)

Quick right onto Bella Vista

Left onto Verdi

Quick left onto Hollywood

#16 is on the right.

Park on the right side of the street in front of the house.
