Manhattan office: 41 Park Ave. @ 36 Street 212-254-1733 Westchester office: 16 Hollywood Ave. East, Tuckahoe, NY 914-319-5049 Background & Training My first career was in music. I played professionally for twenty years, earned a Masters Degree from the Yale School of Music and a Doctorate in Music from SUNY Stony Brook. I taught music at the City University of New York and the State University of New York. Then, in order to fulfill a lifelong interest in psychology, I attended the New York University School of Social Work and graduated in 1992. Upon graduation I worked as a psychotherapist at the Brooklyn Psychiatric Centers, the Fifth Avenue Center for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and the Therapy Center in Mt. Kisco, NY. I have been in full-time private practice since 1998. In 2003 I graduated from the C. G. Jung Institute of New York, a six-year postgraduate psychoanalytic training program through which I was certified as a Jungian analyst. Since then I have served as Director of Training and on the Faculty and Board of Trustees at the Jung Institute. I maintain private practices in Manhattan and Tuckahoe, New York. I have also taught and lectured at the C.G. Jung Foundation of New York, the 92nd Street Y in Manhattan, The Metropolitan Opera, the Temenos Institute in Westport, Connecticut, the Society for Psychoanalysis and Culture, the Westchester Society for Clinical Social Work and other institutions throughout the New York area. I am a member of the New York Association for Analytical Psychology and the International Association for Analytical Psychology.
